September sees two short films go into production at Steel Mill Pictures with in house Producer Rachel Dargavel

The first is directed by Alastair Mackay, and is a DV shorts funded film called 'Hit and Run'. Alastair's first short film 'Bale' screened at Edinburgh Film Festival in 2009.

'Hit and Run' stars Lily Lovelace, Martin Compston and Michal Socha and is being shot by Liam Iandoli

The second short film going into production is 'Scare Crow' directed by Kerinne Jenkins. This is the second short film Kerinne has made with Steel Mill Pictures, her first short film 'Precious' recently picking up distribution with Shorts International.
